This course explores the impacts of anti-Black racism in Canada and provides frontline staff with practical strategies to foster inclusive and equitable service environments. Through real-world examples and trauma-informed approaches, participants will examine the history of anti-Black racism, its effects on mental health, and the importance of allyship in day-to-day work.

Topics include intersectionality, systemic barriers, service delivery practices, anti-racist strategies, and harm reduction through an anti-Black racism lens.
