Brittany Bullock

Brittany Bullock, BES, SSW has been working as a mental health educator and trainer for over 12 years. A graduate of the University of Waterloo with a diploma in Community Development and Social Service Work with a specialization in Community Education. She brings both passion and expertise to the field of mental health through her engaging speaking engagements and trainings. Her work spans corporate institutions, community organizations, and school groups of all ages, allowing her to connect with diverse populations. Through these experiences, Brittany has expanded both her knowledge and her impact within the community.

Brittany is a certified Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) and Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Trainer (ASIST). She has worked as a consultant on mental health and wellness programming in schools and has developed educational training for a variety of organizations. As an engaging facilitator, she delivers a wide range of mental health and wellness workshops, tailoring each to meet the unique needs of participants and organizations.

Her passion for mental health education is deeply rooted in her own lived experience, including her personal recovery journey. This perspective allows her to speak with authenticity, bridging both professional expertise and personal insight. As a result, she connects with participants in a meaningful and relatable way, creating a lasting impact in her trainings. She believes that education is a powerful tool for change by increasing awareness and understanding, we can better prevent crises, navigate challenges, and support the well-being of our communities.
