Board of Directors

IDEA Training Collaborative is a forward-thinking non-profit organization that provides inclusive, diverse, equitable, affordable and practical training for shelter, housing, drop-in and social service sector workers, in addition to those who support vulnerable populations. Our training also extends to managers, peer workers, volunteers, students in job placements, and agency board members. We are continuously looking for volunteer board members with community-based expertise in any of the following areas: finance, fundraising, anti-racism/anti-oppression, policy development, training, community programs, course development and human resources.
