Tracy Murdoch is the Executive Director of Idea Training Collaborative, leading the development of practical, high-impact training for frontline and leadership staff across social services and shelter-based environments. She has over 25 years of experience in the social services sector, including 10 years at the senior leadership level, and brings a strong understanding of both frontline realities and organizational systems.
Tracy has worked across housing and homelessness, children’s services, and developmental and acquired brain injury services. She has developed training systems for entire regions and for individual organizations, and has also developed support programs and groups for suicide survivors. Tracy is committed to ensuring Idea Training Collaborative is leading the education sector through ongoing stakeholder engagement, collaboration, and people with lived experience engagement, while providing practical, implementable training and solutions.
