An Agency / Organization Membership is an annual membership designed for organizations that wish to provide training opportunities to multiple employees or team members. The membership period runs from the date of purchase and is valid for one year.

By becoming a member, organizations can access the following benefits:
Discounted Training Rates:
Agency members receive reduced rates on workshops and courses for their staff, making training more affordable for the organization.Exclusive Member-Only Courses:
Access to specialized courses available only to agency members, providing valuable resources tailored to organizational needs.Group Registration:
Agencies can register multiple employees at once, streamlining the process for training coordination within the organization.Training Schedule Updates:
Agencies receive regular electronic updates about new workshops, cancellations, and schedule changes to stay informed and plan accordingly.Annual Membership Fee (Sliding Scale):
The membership fee is based on the number of staff in the organization:- 1-100 staff: $200.00
- 101-500 staff: $375.00
- 501+ staff: $500.00
Please note that all staffing agencies will be subject to the annual fee of $500 for membership.
Methods of Payment:
- Online credit card payment
- Agency cheque, certified cheque, or money order
- Debit (currently only available for onsite payments)
Important Notes:
- Invoicing Requirement: As of January 1, 2024, all agencies wishing to be invoiced for their training must hold an up-to-date THTC membership.
- Non-transferable Membership: Agency membership is non-transferable and applies only to the registered organization. It cannot be transferred to other entities or individuals.
- Bylaws and Eligibility: The Toronto Hostels Training Centre (THTC) is a registered charity that reports to a Board of Directors and follows Bylaws as per Corporations Canada requirements. These Bylaws, in conjunction with the THTC Membership Committee, determine whether an agency qualifies to be a member of the Training Centre.
