Adeel Ahmad is a seasoned Certified Adult Educator with over 20 years of experience in the human services field. Throughout his career, Adeel has held a variety of roles, including front-line residential counselor, employment counselor, training and development specialist, Human Services Supervisor, and Vice President of a technology company.
Adeel has delivered training across Ontario to a wide range of professionals, including first responders, administrative staff, front-line employees, union and non-union workers, and senior leadership. His workshops cover topics such as effective case management, documentation, boundaries, compassion fatigue, and supervision (both introductory and advanced).
Known for his warm, friendly, and engaging teaching style, Adeel excels at creating dynamic learning environments that inspire and motivate learners. He uses a combination of teaching methods such as lecture, partner work, group activities, virtual polls, collaborative whiteboards, and flipchart activities to ensure an interactive and practical learning experience.
Adeel has received numerous commendations for his exceptional virtual and in-person training sessions. In recognition of his dedication and hard work, he was honored with The Integrity Award from the Region of Peel for exemplifying the region’s values.
