Jacob has been working with IDEA Training Collaborative since August, 2023 as the e-Learning & Systems Administrator. He is passionate about creating accessible, well-structured e-learning courses that support meaningful learning for frontline workers and people leaders.
In his role, Jacob manages the organization’s e-learning platforms and learning management systems, supporting the development, delivery, and maintenance of online courses. He focuses on course structure, learner experience, and system functionality to ensure trainings are clear, reliable, and easy to navigate.
Jacob is currently completing a Bachelor’s degree in Adult Education at Brock University, where he continues to build his knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and inclusive education practices.
