A certified Non-Violent Crisis Prevention Instructor, Julian delivers practical, evidence-based training in trauma-informed care, de-escalation, and safe workplace practices, empowering teams to work effectively and compassionately with vulnerable populations.
Before transitioning to training leadership, Julian held senior roles in housing services, including program and transitional housing management, where he focused on creating supportive environments and improving outcomes for individuals experiencing homelessness.
