Zanna Seipp-Katz

Zanna Seipp-Katz, BSW, MSW, RSW

Zanna Seipp-Katz is an experienced Social Worker with a strong focus on mental health, addiction, and harm reduction. She holds a BSW from Ryerson University (now TMU) and an MSW from the University of Toronto. Zanna began her career as a frontline worker, dedicating six years to supporting individuals with significant mental health and addiction challenges through a harm reduction lens. Since 2021, she has been providing direct therapeutic support through her private practice.

In addition to her clinical work, Zanna created and developed DBT Skills for Frontline Workers, an interactive workshop that equips staff with practical DBT techniques to enhance their work with clients in high-stress environments. Her workshops are known for their collaborative and engaging nature, providing frontline workers with the skills they need to improve care delivery.

Zanna’s approach integrates evidence-based practices with empathy, helping clients build resilience, develop coping strategies, and manage their mental health challenges. As a Registered Social Worker (RSW), she is dedicated to providing client-centered care and support, while also empowering others through training and education in the mental health and addiction fields.
