The Anderson Room, named in honor of Irwin Anderson, has the largest capacity at IDEA Training Collaborative. Our classrooms are typically set up in a “U” shape to optimize engagement and participation. This arrangement allows the instructor to see all participants, and for participants to interact with one another. With the “U” set-up, the comfortable capacity is 26 participants.

Alternatively, the room can be set up in rows, increasing the comfortable capacity to approximately 32 participants. Both configurations include tables and chairs for learners. If the room is set up with only chairs (no tables), the capacity can increase to around 40 participants.
